Terms & Policies

1. Eligibility & Registration
   1. All potential distributors must submit an application and be approved by Black Secret International Ltd. before making any purchases.
   2. Distributors must provide valid business registration details, tax identification, and a physical business address.
   3. Black Secret International Ltd. reserves the right to approve or reject any distributor application at its discretion.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
   1. All distributors will receive wholesale pricing as determined by Black Secret International Ltd.
   2. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but updates will be communicated in advance when possible.
   3. Payments must be made in full before orders are shipped. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, and other approved options.
   4. Any overdue payments may result in order suspension or termination of the distribution agreement.
3. Ordering & Delivery
   1. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) may apply to all distributor
      Purchases.
   2. Orders will be processed and dispatched within a specified timeframe, subject to stock availability.
   3. Shipping costs and applicable taxes will be the responsibility of the distributor
      unless otherwise agreed.
   4. Black Secret International Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused by
      third-party logistics providers.
4. Sales & Marketing Guidelines
   1.  Distributors must adhere to the brand's pricing policies and should not engage in price undercutting.
   2. Black Secret International Ltd. must be marketed in a professional manner. False claims, misleading advertisements, or unauthorized alterations to branding are strictly prohibited.
   3. Use of Black Secret International Ltd.'s brand name, logos, and
      marketing materials must be approved before publication.
   4. Selling on unauthorized online
      platforms, including but not limited to third-party marketplaces, is prohibited without written consent.
5. Returns & Claims
   1.   Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products within 7 days of receipt.
   2. A formal claim must be submitted with supporting evidence before return authorization is granted.
   3. Refunds or replacements will be issued at the discretion of Black Secret International Ltd.
6. Termination & Compliance
   1.  Black Secret International Ltd. reserves the right to terminate the distributor agreement for violations of these terms.
   2. Distributors must comply with all local laws and regulations regarding the sale and distribution of Black Secret International Ltd. products.
   3. Any unauthorized activities that harm the reputation of Black Secret International Ltd. will result in immediate contract termination.
7. Confidentiality & Intellectual Property
   1. Any business-related information shared with distributors must remain confidential.
   2. Intellectual property, including trademarks and branding materials, remains the sole property of Black Secret International Ltd. and must not be used outside of authorized agreements.
